How can I track my own company gifting wallet usage?

You don't need to be an admin to see how much of a company budget you've used. Here is where to check.

On your personal Gifting Wallets page

Go to your Gifting Wallets page from your Dashboard and switch to the budget you want to check. You'll see a tab for each budget you're part of, alongside your Personal wallet.

Your budget balance shows what's Available, the Total budget, how much has been Spent this cycle, the Allowance cycle, and the Next reset date. Below that, you can see the wallet transactions list with every contribution you've made from it.

When you contribute to a Thankbox

Every time you choose to pay with a budget balance, the payment screen shows how much you've spent on the same recipient, your Remaining budget allowance and when the Allowance resets, so you always know where you stand before confirming.
