How do I update my Thankbox cover details?

You can change your Thankbox title, sender name, and recipient details any time before the Thankbox is sent.

How can I update my Thankbox cover details?

1. Open your Thankbox and go to the Design menu
2. Select Title & names

3. Update any of the details on the Edit title & names screen:
   • Recipient name - who the Thankbox is for
   • Recipient email - where their Thankbox link is sent.

💡 Tip: Use their personal email so they'll always have access to their Thankbox.

• Thankbox title - the heading shown on the cover, like "Congratulations!"
• Sender name - the name the Thankbox comes from

Your changes save automatically, so just click Back to Thankbox when you're done.

Why I don't see the cover details on my Thankbox?

Some background designs hide the front cover details, so your title and names might not show on the card itself. If you want these details to show, you can change the background.
