How can I assign team labels to a user?
Team labels help you organise users by team or department within your organisation (for example, PR, Marketing, Finance, etc.). They act as tags and make it easier to manage users and keep your organisation structured and organised. You can update them at any time as your teams change.
Here is how to assign team labels:
Option 1: Assign team labels when inviting a user
When inviting a new user, there is also a field where you can add one or more team labels (for example, Finance):

Option 2: Assign or update team labels for an existing user
If the user is already in your organisation, you can open the User profile, click to edit it, and there you will see the same Team Label field where you can add, remove, or update the team label(s).
A user can have up to 5 Team Labels.

Once you are done, simply save the changes.
