Can I invite a whole team to contribute to a Thankbox?

Yes, you can invite a whole group of people with one click by selecting the team label when inviting contributors to the Thankbox. That way, any user in your workspace who has the team tag, e.g. "Finance", will receive an email invite.

First, click the Invite others button from your Thankbox management page then click Send invites

In there, type the names or team labels of the users you want to invite. If you choose a team label, then anyone tagged with that team will be invited to leave a message.

If you'd like to exclude a specific person from a team, you can add them to the exclusions list before you send the invites.
