Who can access the organization Admin panel?
The Admin panel in Ripple by Thankbox is designed to give authorised team members the ability to manage settings, billing, users, and key workspace controls. To keep your organisation’s information secure, access is limited to specific roles.
Roles with access to the Admin panel
The following roles can access and manage the Admin panel:
1. Owner
The Owner is the primary account holder, and there can only be one per organisation. The person that gets this role is typically the one who set up the account or the person responsible for the subscription.
Access & permissions:
- Full access to all Admin panel features
- Access to the account billing
- See all Thankboxes in the organisation as well as all users
- Create and manage automations
2. Admin(s)
Admins support the management of your organisation’s Teams setup. They also have full access to the Admin panel, except for the billing.
3. Happiness Lead(s)
Happiness Leads are responsible for helping manage team celebrations and recognition activities. Their Admin panel access is limited to only what they need to manage their assigned users.
Access & permissions:
- Access to the Admin panel with restricted visibility
- See and manage only the users they are assigned to
- Edit user details within their assigned group
- Cannot access billing or the company settings, like branding, analytics, or invitations
