How do I send or schedule my Thankbox?
Ready to send your Thankbox to your recipient? Just follow these steps.
First, you need to go to your Dashboard and choose the Thankbox that's ready to go.
Once you open the Thankbox management screen, there will be either a Pay and Send or Send or Schedule button, depending on whether or not you've already paid for the card.
If you have not paid for the card yet, you will see the Pay and send button. This will take you to the checkout screen to process the payment for your Thankbox.
After your payment has been processed you will be navigated to a screen where you need to fill in the recipient details and choose whether you want your Thankbox to be scheduled for a specific date and time. Once that is finished, you can download the payment invoices from your Dashboard (see how here).
After you check if all of the information is correct, you can send or schedule your Thankbox.
Already paid for your ThankboxIf you have already paid for the Thankbox, you will see the Send or schedule button, which will again take you to the screen above where you will need to fill in the recipient details and choose whether you want to send the card immediately or schedule it for a later time.
You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your recipient opens their Thankbox.
