How can I download an invoice for my Thankbox purchase?

You can download a payment invoice for each of your Thankboxes from your Dashboard.

First, you need to go to https://www.thankbox.com/app/. There you will see all of the cards you have created. Choose the one for which you want a payment receipt and click on the three dots on the right side of the Thankbox.

The next thing you need to do is to click on the View invoice button and download the invoice to your computer or mobile phone. Simply select the location where you want it to be saved.
