How do I invite other users into my organization's account?

If you are the owner or an admin, you can invite new users to your Ripple by Thankbox account directly from the Admin panel. This allows you to add individual users or invite multiple people at once.

How to invite users to your workspace?

Navigate to the Admin panel, open to the Invites tab, and click Invite new user. From here, choose how you’d like to invite users.

Option 1: Invite a single user

This option is best for adding individual users.
  1. Select Invite new user
  2. Fill in the user’s details in the pop-up window including:
    • Full name (required)
    • Email address (required)
    • Account type (required)
    • Assign a Happiness Lead
    • Team label(s)
    • Birthday
    • Joining date
  3. Click on Send Invite to send the invitation


Option 2: Invite many users in bulk with a CSV file

This option is ideal for bulk invites and it’s very simple to use while it saves your team a lot of time.
  1. Select Invite with CSV
  2. Download the provided CSV template
  3. Fill in the required user details
  4. Upload the completed CSV file
  5. Click Continue to send the invitations
This makes it easy to add many users at once while keeping your data consistent.
