How to add a video message to a Thankbox?
Want to make your message extra special? You can add a video - either upload one from your device or add a funny TikTok.
To do this, open the Thankbox and click Add a message to start writing your message.
On the next screen, you will see a Video dropdown menu. Click on it to select the type of video you would like to add.

Copy the URL of the video and paste the link in the empty box.
This is how it will be displayed after the TikTok is added to your message:
- Uploading a video (Premium feature)
You can do this if the organiser of the Thankbox has upgraded the card to Premium. Simply, click on Upload file and select the video you would like to post.
🎬 Video uploads are limited to one minute, so if your video is longer, it will be automatically cut to fit the duration limit.
That’s it! Once added, the video will appear alongside your message and can be played directly in the Thankbox.
