How to add a contribution to a Thankbox?

Adding a contribution to a Thankbox is very easy - just click the Add a contribution button on the Thankbox link you were sent.

Where to find the "Add a contribution" button
From there, you'll be taken to a page where you can choose how much to contribute. You can pick from the suggested options or enter your custom amount.

Once you select the amount, you will be asked to provide your payment details, or you can pay using your Gifting Wallet Balance (read "How does the Gifting Wallet work?" for more info).

The total amount will include a processing fee (for more info read why is there a processing fee for adding to a gift collection).

You may be asked to provide your email address if you aren't logged in. This is needed so we can send you a receipt for your payment. Once you've filled out your payment details or you have selected paying using your Gifting Wallet Balance, click on the Pay button. Once your payment is successful you'll be taken back to the main Thankbox page.

Shortly after, you will receive an email with your receipt and invoice, only if you've paid with a credit/debit card.


How to add a contribution to a Thankbox as the organiser?

Adding a contribution to a Thankbox as the organiser will look a little bit different as it can be done from the Thankbox management page, but the process itself is the same.

Simply click on the Add a contribution button. Here is where you can find it when it's a:

From there, you'll be taken to a page where you can choose how much to contribute and then you will be asked how you would like to pay, with a credit/debit card or using the Gifting Wallet Balance in your account. This will look the same way as explained above.
