How can I edit or delete a message I've left on a Thankbox?
I'm the Thankbox creator - how can I edit my message?
If you are the creator of the Thankbox first you need to head to your Thankbox management page. If you can't find it, then go to
www.thankbox.com/app and select your Thankbox from that list.
After you find your Thankbox, then find your message, and
click the dropdown button in
the top right corner. From there, select the
Edit my message option.
From there you'll be taken to a form where you can edit everything about your message. You can also delete your message if you wish.
I'm a Thankbox contributor - how can I edit my message?
You can only delete your message if you have entered your email address when you first created it.
You would have received a confirmation email which contains an edit link. Click that link and it will take you to a form like the one above where you can edit everything about your message. You can also delete your message if you wish.
If you didn't leave your email address with your message then you can ask the Thankbox creator to delete your message so that you can leave a new one.
