Can I draw the collected funds into my bank account?

You cannot claim the funds directly into your bank account. All collected funds are sent to our gift card provider and can only be used for issuing a gift card from one of the many retailers they offer. 

As an alternative, you can issue the funds as a prepaid Mastercard or Visa card that you can spend as you would with your regular payment card - check out our guide about how to do that. Or redeem the gift collection via PayPal with a 3% fee.
Please note that the prepaid Visa card option is temporarily unavailable for GBP gift collections due to pending infrastructure changes. Please redeem your gift as a prepaid GBP Mastercard. We apologise for the inconvenience.
