I have an issue with my gift card or prepaid card - what can I do?
If you have already claimed your Thankbox and issued your gift card then you would have received an order ID number in an email. Please email our gift card supplier, Tremendous, at firstname.lastname@example.org quoting that order ID and let them know your issue - they are super helpful and should be able to assist you.
If you haven't claimed your Thankbox yet and are having issues doing so then please email us at email@example.com
On some occasions, if possible, we might be able to cancel your chosen card and issue you another. Please bear in mind this isn't always possible as it depends on the retailer you have chosen and their terms of service.
