I have an issue with my gift card or prepaid card - what can I do?

Please note that the prepaid Visa card option is temporarily unavailable for GBP gift collections due to pending infrastructure changes. Please redeem your gift as a prepaid GBP Mastercard. We apologise for the inconvenience.

On some occasions we might be able to cancel your chosen card and issue you another. Please bear in mind this isn't always possible as it depends on the retailer you have chosen and their terms of service.
