How does the Gifting Wallet work?
If you're tired of contributing individually to many Thankboxes then the Gifting Wallet is for you.
It's a great way to save time, money and hassle when making contributions. You can top up your wallet once with a larger sum then use that balance for different Thankboxes - without paying any extra transaction fees!
Topping up your gifting wallet
To get started head to https://www.thankbox.com/app/gifting-wallet.
From there, hit the Top up button. Pick the currency you'd like to contribute in and enter the amount.
There is a small fee for topping up your gifting wallet. This fee depends on the currency you've picked.
- 🇬🇧 GBP top ups are billed at 2% + £0.00 fixed
- 🇪🇺 EUR top ups are billed at 3% + £0.00 fixed
- 🇺🇸 USD top ups are billed at 4% + $0.20 fixed
Once you've entered your preferred amount, just click Continue and you can make the payment with your preferred payment method.
To avoid the fees for larger top ups we advise to get in touch with us at support@thankbox.com to organise a bank transfer.
Using your gifting wallet balance
To use your balance just select Pay using your Gifting Wallet Balance whenever you contribute to a Thankbox. Easy-peasy!
