How to add a co-admin to a Thankbox?
Co-admins can help you manage a Thankbox, which is handy when you're organising something as a team. You can add up to 2 co-admins per Thankbox (in addition to yourself as the creator) at any point, even after the Thankbox has already been sent.
What can a co-admin do?
Co-admins share all your permissions for that Thankbox. They can add or remove other co-admins, but cannot remove the original creator.
They can also:
- Customise the design
- Invite contributors
- Moderate messages
- Send or schedule the Thankbox
- Pay for it or delete it if needed
- Manage the gift collection
All Thankbox email notifications are sent to every admin, except payment confirmations, which only go to the person who made the payment.
Only invite co-admins you trust, as they have full control over the Thankbox.
How to add a co-admin?
- Open your Thankbox and go to Options
- Select Co-admins
- Enter the co-admin's email address and click Add
They'll now have full admin access to your Thankbox.
