How can I hide all messages on my Thankbox?

If you want to keep all messages in your Thankbox private so only you (the admin) and the final recipient can see them, you can use the "Make all messages private" setting. This setting overrides any visibility preferences that contributors have selected.

When this is enabled, all messages will be hidden from everyone except:

• The Thankbox creator (so they can review messages for appropriateness)
• The recipient, once the Thankbox is delivered

Go to your Dashboard and open the Thankbox you want to manage. Open the Options drop-down menu and click on Messages. There, you will be able to turn on the "Make all messages private" option.

Can I change this setting later?

Yes! You can turn this setting on or off at any time.
