I attempted to add money to a collection but the charge failed. Why is there a transaction still visible on my statement?
Sometimes if a payment fails the attempted transaction might still appear as pending on your statement. Rest assured this is normal and that no money has left your account. The transaction should disappear or reverse within a couple of days.
If your payment was successful you should receive a confirmation receipt email from our payment provider, Stripe. If you haven't then it was not successful.
