Can I lock the Thankbox for new messages?

You can lock or unlock your Thankbox for new messages at any time from the Thankbox management page. Open the Options menu and click on Messages:

Then tick or untick the Lock Thankbox option depending on what you would like to do.

No new cash contributions can be added after the Thankbox has been sent. If new messages arrive after the Thankbox has been opened, then we will email the recipient to let them know.

You can also lock the Thankbox automatically after it's sent - just make sure you tick the Lock Thankbox after Sending option when you send your Thankbox.
