I can't see my Thankbox on my dashboard - where is it?

This usually happens when you're logged into the wrong account. This can happen if you left a message on the Thankbox you created using a different email than the one you registered with.

Verify you're logging in with the same account you created your Thankbox with. Hint - it's the one we sent you an email to when you first created it.
