How can I control access to my organisation's Thankboxes?

You can control who can access Thankboxes created within your workspace by using the Security setting “Always require sign-in to view open Thankboxes”.

What does this setting do?

Enabled: Only users who have an account and belong to your organisation can open shared Thankbox links. This prevents people outside your company from accessing a Thankbox through a shared link.

Disabled: Anyone with the Thankbox link can open the card, even if they are not part of your organisation. They still need an account in order to leave a message.
