What counts as an active user?
An active user is anyone in your organisation who has interacted with Thankbox in at least one of the following ways:
- Creating a Thankbox
- Receiving a Thankbox
- Adding a message to a Thankbox
- Adding a comment to a message
- Adding a reaction to a message
Active users are reflected in the Active Users analytics within the Admin panel. An active user appears in the chart when they perform at least one of the above qualifying actions during the selected time period (for example, the last 6 months):
The Active Users graph shows activity over time, so you may see spikes on days when one or more users interacted with Thankbox, and zero activity on days with no interactions.
Changing the date range updates the chart to show active users only within that selected period.
