How can I control the global gifting settings in the organization?

Ripple by Thankbox allows you to manage global gifting settings at an organisation level. These settings control:

Whether gift collections are enabled in general
Whether the company gifting wallet is enabled for happiness leads to use.
Who can contribute to Thankboxes with collections.
Who can view the collected amount across all Thankboxes

All gifting preferences are managed from the Admin preference panel.

Who can manage gifting settings?

Only users with the following roles can update global gifting settings:

Owner
Admin

Where to find the gifting settings?

To manage gifting preferences:

Open the Admin panel
Go to Preferences
Locate the Gifting section

Here, you’ll find options to control how gift collections work across your organisation. These settings apply organisation-wide and affect all newly created Thankboxes.

Available gifting controls

From the Gifting settings, you can:

Allow or disable gift collections

Turn Allow gift collections on or off
If disabled, users won’t be able to create gift collections in any Thankbox

Control who can contribute to a collection

Choose who is allowed to contribute money to gift collections:

Everyone
Only the Thankbox creator
Or leave that choise to the Thankbox creator

Control who can see the amount collected

Choose who can view the total amount collected in a gift collection:

Everyone
Only the Thankbox creator
Or leave that choise to the Thankbox creator

Enable or disabled the company gifting wallet

Choose whether the Company Gifting Wallet feature is enabled in your organization.

When do these settings apply?

Changes to global gifting settings apply immediately and will affect all Thankboxes created after the update.
