Images on my Thankbox aren't loading - what can I do?
If the images in your Thankbox aren’t loading, it’s often due to network restrictions, especially on corporate or government networks that may block certain content.
Here are a few steps you can try to resolve the issue:
- Check Your Network: Corporate or public networks often have IT restrictions in place, that block images from loading. Try accessing your Thankbox on a different network, such as your Wi-Fi at home or a mobile data connection. This often resolves the issue as these networks are usually less restrictive.
- Switch to a Mobile Device: If you’re on a work computer or a shared device, consider switching to your phone on mobile data as it shouldn't be subject to the same network restrictions.
- Clear Cache and Cookies: Sometimes browser cache or cookies can interfere too so clear them and refresh the Thankbox.
- Disable Browser Extensions: Some browser extensions such as ad blockers might prevent the media from loading. Try disabling these temporarily and reloading the Thankbox.
